This is a Right Whale I drew on request from ~geoducky545. He was pretty hard! I've never drawn anything underwater before (unless you count pictures of fish from 1st grade).

This was drawn in watercolor pencil and chalk, both of which I use faaar to much.

If you want a request, just ask! I'll draw pretty much whatever... trees, toasters, people, Sasquatch, et cetera.

I put on the advanced crit thing, because I'd really like to get some quality crit. But don't be discouraged from commenting because that's on!

Amazing! You did a great job making it looks like it was underwater! The whale looks great! Maybe some bubbles would make it look cool? :)

Wow! This is really good! I like how you made the water lighter at the top and then get darker the deeper. Of course that's what happens, but most people (alright, me) would just color the whole thing the same shade of blue. I agree with Skippy, bubbles would ass to it. Another thing, I think I would have drawn the eyes a bit more prominent, normally you think of whales as, wise? Mabe I am just crazy-don't say it- but I think the "wise eyes" would have been another cool touch. Other than that, GREAT JOB! keep up the awsome work :)

The bubbles would what to it? Did you mean "add", maybe? :D

I've been considering adding bubbles... I'll see about it, and hunt up some ref. And you're right- the eyes are a bit too thin. I'll have to fix that! :) It's strange, so many people think whales are dumb, but they're so intelligent!

PANTO!

I love right whales, they look like they're smiling ^^ Your underwater work is great, you should draw more whales. Whales=awesome.

Since I cannot do backgrounds/scenery I think I should not complain about your fantastic art. This is currently my desktop and I love waking up to see this Panto swimming across my computer screen.

Now, could you draw me MD, please? :D

Thank you so much! :boogie: I'm really glad you liked him, cuz when I was drawing him he looked kind of... odd. I'm happy the finished panto looks like a panto and not a potato.

Sure, I can draw him! I'm drawing a wolf right now as part of the sketch project, but I'll finish him after that.
