The "Line-art" Dilemma

Tue Jul 7, 2009, 8:20 PM
Dear watchers and friends,

I've finished with one request. :D It's not at all a good picture, but then again, this was a sort of, "Let me draw your characters! I am so bored!" deal rather than a, "I will make you a masterpiece, something to rival the Mona Lisa!" one.

Anyways. As the title states, my dear Elkaphant and I have run into a... problem, so to speak. I've made these little sketches in Photoshop, for the purpose of having them crit'd by the wonderful people of dA with whom I associate. I though I'd leave them so that they could be used as "line-art"... if someone wished to use them that way. Because honestly, I don't care that much. They're not excellent, so it's doubtful that many people would use them in the first place. As I said, the real reason I'm putting those little sketches up here is so that I can get some feedback. :D

El's opinion... Well, El's not too happy about this. She says that if she sees someone take my art, use it, and claim that it is theirs, she will personally draw and quarter them.

My response? I think she's a bit of a nutter, to tell the truth. It's just a few crappy sketches, that's all. I think El's acting like that dour old man who threatens to shoot little kids who play on his lawn.

Respectfully yours,
Fearn
